How to save data straight to databases soon after reading through from a doc file

Hi,

i am employing PHP as a programming language and Mysql as databases.

My endeavor is to study the doc file at the time of uploading and study the contents and save them to databases.

I am ready to add the file and study the data and get all the contents in a variable but i am not ready to save that data to  the databse because of undesired text or unique people included to the string though reading through it, because of formatting that a earth file have.

So if any just one aid me out how to store that data to databases or how to keep the formatting of word file.

i experienced attempted no of points and envisioned some excellent solutions so that i can address that challenge.
